Summary
He wasn’t in the living room, where Chuuya left his gloves and hat, nor in the kitchen, and finding Dazai curled up on his bed, fully clothed and asleep on top of the covers, took him a bit off guard.
Something was definitely wrong, starting off from the fact Dazai was sleeping. Chuuya could count the times he had seen him asleep of his own accord on one hand.
Approaching the bed to try and assess the situation, Chuuya noticed his slight shivering, and the sickly pallor of his skin, and the ever present dark circles under his eyes, which seemed to be more pronounced than usual.
Dazai didn’t flinch in the slightest when he sat down on the bed next to him, staying asleep even as Chuuya brushed his sweat-soaked bangs out of his face, frowning at the heat radiating from him.Or: An occasion for Dazai and Chuuya to put some pieces of their relationship (?) back together presenting itself in the form of caretaking.
