Summary
The jacket met the back of the chair he claimed at Papa Joe's elbow, revealing a set of shoulders that argued with his slinking toady posture and his bow-legged high-noon-showdown gait. The bar table was thin and high, and it was no great strain to offer a light across the distance for the guy's cigarillo (vanilla, cheap and bent from its journey through his pocket), so Larry did just that.
