Orange is like the weird extra limb he doesn’t pay attention to, and doesn’t entirely want, but needs all the same. Chuck’s used to clocking him automatically, every time they do checks. Helmet? Mask? Blaster rifle? Plasma grenades? Orange? Knife? Good to go. Except now he looks around at the sad sack faces around them, and Orange is nowhere to be seen.
