Another full moon, another night where wolf howls echo in the distance.
Etho knows to be careful of werewolves, to avoid them if he sees them. But encountering a good friend during a rough transformation isn't something he can walk away from, even if it would be safer to do so.
Another full moon, another morning waking up exhausted and in pain.
Bdubs knows that stress will agitate his wolf and make transformations difficult, it had happened before, it would happen again. Werewolves can do a lot of damage to themselves when agitated, so perhaps it's a good thing he has a friend willing to try to help him.
(Also known as Etho finds Bdubs on a full moon night again, it's not going to be as easy to deal with as it was back then though, and Bdubs is in for a rough time..)

Laying there with Raph’s twinkling nightlight in the corner and the sound of dad’s TV down the hall, Mikey thinks about things that last forever, things you can never outgrow—inside jokes between siblings, skilled hands wrapping sprained ankles, a door standing open in the dark in case you couldn’t sleep.
Then he thinks about those looks on Raph’s and Leo’s faces when they thought no one was watching. How lonely they’ve both been without their best friend on their team.

Summary
It was no secret that the youngest had a bit of a sweet tooth. Other than pizza, chocolate seemed to be his favorite thing in the world. He didn't know why- Raph himself preferred spicy and was always too sick to even think about eating whenever he was upset, but hey if chocolate could bring Mikey comfort, you better believe Raph was getting the youngest chocolate.
He could just be overreacting, of course. It could be that Mikey had stayed up the night before to read comics and was now sleeping still. That would explain why he still hadn't left his room. But better safe than sorry, right?
No, he wasn't being soft. Don't you dare even think he was being soft. His heart was cold and bitter. Definitely.
Or
Mikey doesn't come out of his room. His big brother instincts tingle, and Raph worries. His worry ends up correct.
