Onyn Ring is not used to touch being a positive thing, so when he does get to Chikn's chaos bubble of influence he finds himself in an unfamiliar world that uses such vulnerabilities as a means of connection and showing you care. Onyn ring is jealous of the ease Chikn and his friends are able to show these affections, but it doesn't come so easy to him. Meaning he's gonna have to work for it.

That fact plagued him, and he couldn’t help but think about how much this day will mean to the demigod in the future, and if it was even worth it to live in the zone of chaos longterm.
