Summary
The contract of becoming a magical girl is a weighty one to sign. It comes with power and responsibility well beyond what one girl could imagine, the doomed destiny to forever fight against witches to keep oneself afloat, and the eventual fate to become one. The contract of becoming a magical girl awards one wish to the contracted. One wish, a miracle, a gift which can save lives, change history, allow the impossible to become possible. Or, in the case of Hotaru Michi, it could be used to laugh while the world burns.

Summary
One week after the events in the Sweet Jazz Museum, Giovanni Potage goes to have a beach day with his friends. His day is interrupted when he and his boys stumble on the unconscious body of Lorelai Blyndeff, a bizarre "witch" from the realm of imagination.
The kids try to bring her back to where she lives to recover, but things quickly take a turn for the worse when Lorelai's little sister returns to complete her revenge.
