Hermione is late to church, Severus Snape is the Pastor in town.
“Mr Snape,” her voice was cold and cutting, so different from her usual warm demeanour, “have you come to my house in order to further insult my person, my behaviour as well as my private relations?”
He flinched. Severus Snape had the decency to cast his eyes to the side, looking actually ashamed for a few moments. There was a slight blush on his normally pale cheeks, it was the first thing which could be considered human on him.
After again clearing his throat his eyes returning to her, taking in the pinched look on her face, he let out a small sigh.
“Miss Granger,” he started anew, seemingly fighting an internal struggle while pressing on with his next words, “I have come to apologise.”Both of them are absolutely stubborn and proud, Drama ensured.

His damn smug voice purred as if he were still her teacher, superior to her.
"Don’t you 'Language‘ me! You were being a rude prick not even a minute ago.“
Her teeth bared while she talked and she probably did not even notice that she came closer to him. "If you have nothing productive to add to our staff meetings, you could just keep your damn mouth shut!“...

Post-war setting, roughly five years after the war.
Hermione Granger has not become minister of magic, but rather a single Mom who struggles in dating life and faces prejudices from old bigots in the magical world. Severus Snape is still stuck at Hogwarts, being tortured either by his colleagues or his students and for the love of Merlin cannot flirt to save his life.
Together they get dumped into a mess of feelings, threats and of course a sprinkle of trauma...Just stick along with me on this one, I will try to update weekly :)
