Midoriya Izuku is just a normal, if generally displeased with his life, boy, trying to navigate having his mother's quirk and wanting to be a hero without it, until he meets Toga Himiko and learns that it's ok to be complicated and quirks can't be bad, just people.
...and also separately decides that he doesn't really mind the murders because they clearly make her much happier and it's not like she has much else to do, being legally dead and all, and he heard it's important to support your significant other's hobbies

Summary
Vlad Plasmius creates a clone of Danny Phantom using both their DNA to house Dan’s spirit. After turning Dan into an infant to manipulate Danny, the child escapes during a chaotic chase in the Infinite Realms, vanishing into a portal.
Vlad went too far.
Furious, Danny declares his first decree as Ghost King: anyone aiding Vlad will face dire consequences.
The infant lands in Gotham, abandoned in a cemetery, and grows up in the foster system as Jason Todd. But as Jason’s life unfolds, the truth of his origins will come to light.
And Vlad? He’s not done. Not by a long shot.
TLDR: Jason is a de-aged clone of Danny and Vlad with Dan’s spirit pieced together. When he searches for his birth parents, he ends up with more than he bargained for.

Danny would like to say for the record that it was not his fault.
In fact, Danny would say that it was entirely Clockwork's fault. After all, he wouldn't even be in this situation if it wasn't for that cryptic time god.
But what was his fault was the fact that he kept helping.
He kept taking the cash from the assholes messing with the residents who lived in the area (and damn there were a lot of assholes near where he lived). He kept accepting their offers of food. So because of this new routine that kept him able to afford to rent out his shitty (and possibly illegal) apartment and the hunger pangs sufficiently satisfied, rumors grew.
tldr; after Clockwork dropped of Danny in Gotham he tries to make the best out of the situation which includes helping out some people. Except along the way that led to rumors that he was an up-and-coming crime boss. A rumor he was largely unaware of.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya has thought a lot about Izuku Midoriya. Not that Izuku likes to do so, but there is only so much you can focus on when on enforced medical rest. The questions are things Izuku thought long behind, but they aren't. One for All was supposed to help Izuku stop flinching at mirrors, or prevent the phantom twisting deep in the skin. It didn't.
Now Izuku Midoriya tries to find answers. Take a chance on something. Use the advice given, the help received, and finally stop feeling like an imposter wearing the wrong skin.One problem. Izuku Midoriya doesn't really know what to want out of all this. A new chance, but nothing to spend it on. No goal to reach, no image to chase.
Izuku needs help. Finding it was, to Izuku's surprise, as simple as asking. The girls of 1A, plus their honorary members Mei and Himiko, are prepared to do anything to make this chance perfect. If that happens to involve some lewder things... well, maybe they don't mind sharing all that much.
