Summary
It was a lot like torture. To see his owner yearn and long for someone who was attainable.
He thought Keith was a masochist. After all, if Kosmo was pained from just watching, he was sure Keith felt even worse.
Though when Lance ended up getting together with Allura, Kosmo somewhat understood.
Emphasis on ‘somewhat’ - because Kosmo was a space wolf, and he had decided that humans were idiots. His owner, in particular, was even more of an idiot.
or maybe the big bad half-Galra and the most soldier-like farmer just needed a little push from the space wolf to reconcile.

Keith snorts, rolling his eyes at the suggestion. “I don’t have love problems, Lance.”
“I don’t have love problems, Lance.” Lance mocks, making a face as he echoes Keith’s words and uses his hand as a puppet. He yelps when Keith flicks him on the cheek. “Ow, rude, and everyone has love problems, man.”
“I don’t,” Keith says confidently, shrugging with one shoulder when Lance purses his lips at him. “I mean, I don’t see it as a problem, it’s just– it is what it is.”
Keith doesn’t look troubled. Or sad. He looks resigned and tired, as if he had given his all and yet the battle had been lost since the start.
