The first time it happened, Marvin had been in the middle of a hook-up. It had been just a few months over a year since he had kicked Whizzer out, and memories of their relationship had been plaguing Marvin for days previous, until he finally gave up and went to a bar.
The boy he brought home looked like Whizzer. That night was the first time he coughed up a flower.
