With the roar of Heavy and Light industry, refining, smelting, resource extraction and perhaps more.... unique projects. It never sleeps. Constantly producing, improving and inventing if need be.
But mega-manufacture is not all that hides beneath the frozen winds of Rotfront. And who knows what The-Powers-That-Be would employ to gain an edge.
