Summary
For so long has everyone- even his own family, kept telling Bruce that Batman made more problems than solved them, that Gotham didn't need Batman, that he should quit and stop his agenda. But Bruce knew it was all bs and that Gotham truly deep down needed a Batman to protect them and ignored those comments.
He kept being Batman even after everything what had happened with the Victim Syndicate and even after Stephanie, someone who he thought of as his own daughter, betrayed him and and joined the Victim Syndicate and even led many of the anti-batman revolts staged against him.
And then he watched Mean Girls.
And decided he wanted to be petty.
Jarro is into it as well.
"You people say you don't need Batman- fine." Batman said to the onlookers who were holding anti-batman signs "I quit." And with a dramatic swish of his cape, he disappeared.
