So, when he finally found the words that had been rotting inside him, he didn't hesitate to whisper them, staring at those doe eyes, maybe like a prayer, a way to reclaim what had been confiscated.
"I’ve finally lost my place in heaven, haven't I?"
On this Saturday, the seventeenth day of January, let it be noted: Minho had found a hell of a place for a murder.

“Tell me.” Hyunjin urges him on, frowning adorably.
“It’s going to sound so weird.” Felix says.
“I won’t get mad.” Hyunjin says, but Felix still hesitates. At least until Hyunjin holds out his pinky to swear it.
“I couldn’t sleep because… The performance today, I just couldn’t stop thinking about it, and you… I shouldn’t feel this way, but I do, and it shouldn’t matter. But I couldn’t stop watching videos of it and thinking about it, and before I knew it, I was here.” Felix does a bad job of explaining, stuttering over his own words as heat creeps into his cheeks. The smirk forming on Hyunjin’s face does nothing to help.
“You were jealous.” Hyunjin says, looking pleased, almost as if this was his intention.

Summary
Finding out his best friend had transitioned from once-a-week gaming streaming to 'adult content' wasn’t exactly something Minho had envisioned happening in his lifetime, especially with how conservative he’d always been until college. Having to awkwardly skirt around Jisung’s sudden expensive purchases of ‘discreet’ boxes and new-found interest in obscure clothing items that were typically out of his comfort zone had taken him by surprise.
Minho is a supportive best friend, who just so happens to be in love with him.
What could possibly go wrong?

Summary
Waking up in the body of a character from his favorite game? What sounded like a dream come true to many gamers and nerds all around the world seemed to become more and more like a nightmare to Jisung. Not only was he running away from monsters trying to eat him, being yelled at by immortal beings who had more than one screw lose in the head and....nope, he didn't even want to think about what those cultist hell-bent on taking over the world had in store for him!
And if that wasn't enough, Jisung also has to escape the fate that was set out for the character he had taken over with the supposed Main Character nowhere in sight and the original characters friends accompanying him - who were either amused or suspicious at his "new" antics - looking at you Hyunjin! Now if only Lee Minho would stop looking so gorgeous over there and stop being so distracting? Jisung would much appreciate it.
OR
Jisung has no idea how to handle waking up in his favorite video game and Lee Minho is confused why Chan's little second-in-command is acting like a complete different person.

Jisung leans his head back, lazy. Like he can’t be bothered to pick it up. Like it’s too heavy, or he’s too sleepy. “Do you think it would fuck everything up if we slept together for real?”
“Everything,” Minho says, not quite a question, but not understanding. A general repetition for the benefit of the both of them. Because his throat hurts a little bit, and he needs a second to swallow it down.
He brings his hand back to steering. Both of them right where they’re meant to be.
“Everything, like— us,” Jisung waves his finger between them. “You’re my best friend. And I’m yours. And I’ve always wondered, you know?”
Minho is white knuckling the wheel. He can still feel Jisung beneath his fingertips, or maybe just within his bloodstream. Injected there to sit. Stay.

Chan suddenly dropped his smile and with a serious tone, that he didn’t use very often, said, “Minho, I would like to speak to you about something very private. I have a… favour to ask.”
Minho’s eyes widened in curiosity. What kind of request could it be if Chan didn’t feel like he should just ask straight away? Why did he feel the need to emphasise that they were talking privately? Surely it won’t be anything bad.
“But before I do I want to ask you one thing – what do you think about the imperial consort?” This question took Minho by surprise. Was he really to give his opinion about Chan’s husband? There were million possible reasons in Minho’s head as to why the emperor should be asking him this, but none seemed very plausible. What does Chan want to hear?

Instead, Minho is doing his very best to hold back the need to humiliate Jisung over the phone and indulge in Jisung's mystifying desire to... dominate him. ‘I think that he thinks you would like that, so he’s trying to overcompensate for the fact that he doesn’t know how to give you what he assumes you want,’ Chan had offered, and Minho is inclined to agree
This is why, in the end, Minho plays along. “But you’ll fuck me after, right jagi? You’ll still make me come?” There’s no use in yanking the rug out from under Jisung too early, before Minho could properly put him in his place and settle them into a sexual dynamic they both enjoy. Maybe it’s a little selfish, too — when Jisung is submissive to him for the first time, when Minho breaks him down to gently mould him back together, he’d rather be there in person. Tears don’t look the same through a phone camera as they do in real life.

The name felt vile on his tongue. For the first time, Jisung felt barren, stripped of everything, only now noticing the pain emitting from his clenched fist.

Then, as the anniversary of the day that Jisung and Minho broke up passed, Jisung had fully gotten over him. Instead, life was peaceful, life was simple. Just as Jisung liked it.
