    "Why," Lan Wangji said each word in sheer agony, "are you not decent?"

    "My clothes are wet," Wei Wuxian answered. "If I don't take them off, I run the risk of freezing to death. Don't you live up in the mountains? I thought you'd know about the dangers of the cold."

    "I do." Lan Wangji looked absolutely tortured, staring at the cave wall. "So long as there's a heat source and your clothes are no longer soaking wet, you can put them back on."

    Wei Wuxian made a face. "But I just got dry. I don't want to put damp pants back on."

    "Wei Ying!"

    "Alright, alright, fine! But just the pants."

    Lan Zhan's puritanical life is thrown into sudden, sinful chaos when one especially handsome doctor gives him a prostate exam and he busts a surprise nut. Mortified, Lan Zhan is consoled by the fact that he will never see this harbinger of anal pleasure again... until one fateful night. Cue a matchmaking brother, cue a bad excuse for a lie, and cue things not turning out as embarrassing and terrible as they seem between one Wei Wuxian and Lan Zhan.

    Summary

    After the truth about the golden core transfer gets revealed, Jiang Cheng has to reassess his feelings towards his former (or not so former?) brother. He goes to Wei Wuxian's room and something unexpected happens. He finds himself back in the past, but not as himself but as Wei Wuxian instead.
    As he watches the events from his brother's perspective, he has the possibility to understand Wei Wuxian's choices better. Is this perhaps a chance for him to change something?

     

    (Despite the summary, this fic is mainly focused on Wei Wuxian, it is written for celebrating his birthday after all)

    All that was left was to catch up and steal his sword from Jiang Cheng. And fix everything. On his way to Phoenix Mountain, he made a checklist in his head.
    1. Get new robes
    2. Get Wei Wuxian to figure out he is in love with Lan Zhan
    3. Save Wen Ning and the other Wens
    The rest would follow from that. If he couldn’t save Wen Ning, he would have to save Jin Zixuan, and if he couldn’t save Jin Zixuan...well he didn’t want to think about that.
