Three months after his existence was erased, Peter Parker was not doing so well. His solace came from knowing that at the very least he had managed to save his city in the end.
Apparently, though, Peter realized as Doctor Strange explained to him that he had to give up even more, losing everything-and-then-some just wasn't enough.
OR
The multiverse continues to collapse in on itself. Doctor Strange discovers the source of the problem as Peter Parker. The only viable solution is to remove Peter from his original universe so that no more entities will be drawn to his presence there.
Peter is sent to a world that lost its Peter Parker, and finds himself lost in a sea of people he'd grieved who had all grieved him in kind.

Summary
Tony stopped short as the intern shot a thin, white gooey substance out at the wall.
It stuck.
The kid tugged on it experimentally.
It continued to stick.
“Hmph,” the kid said.
And then he dropped the white sticky thread, which Tony's sleep-deprived mind was completely one hundred percent certain was a web just like Spider-Man’s, and went back to work.
Who knew such things could be hiding in Tony’s own internship labs?
OR: Tony Stark has been looking for Spider-Man for a long time. He has very, very little success in this search, despite Peter Parker working in his labs. Just some fun identity shenanigans >:)

Tony snorted. “No one thinks that Valentine’s Day is fun. It’s just another meaningless obligation, and if you forget about it you’re in the doghouse.”
“I think it’s fun,” Peter replied, feeling frustration rising in his chest for no good reason. He knew that most people hated Valentine’s Day, it was just a fact of life, so what was the big deal if Tony hated it as well? It just added to the whole grumpy old man aesthetic he had going on at times.

I don’t even know if I can call this meaningless fluff, it’s just, yeah.
