Yet, he finds himself irritated beyond reason at the mere sight of Isagi Yoichi, Blue Lock’s rising striker. Kaiser thought he was the star, the one above all others. But day by day, Isagi tests him… and worse, surpasses him.
And that really pisses him off.
When Isagi met Kaiser, he found his new ultimate rival. Someone to devour, chew and spit back out for his gain. But as more training happens. As matches go by. He’s realising Kaiser isn’t just someone he needs to completely devour anymore, but someone to kill.
Yet he hesitates.
Because they dominate the field together as a unit.

"It's not official yet," Yoichi finally answers, "I was going to talk to you about it this weekend."

Summary
There’s no imminent war on the horizon. Shishitoren and Furin have become allies. Overall, life has gone back to normal and being on different turfs signifies that both gangs don’t have to interact all that often, if at all. So Sakura had no excuse to come to Togame, same as Togame didn’t have any excuse to invite Sakura to the festival that day.
But that’s the whole point, isn’t it? They don’t need excuses, because Togame said they were friends and friends can hang out and do stuff together without an ulterior motive.
It's as simple as that.

or; Togame realizes that he and Sakura are friends, but not as close as they could be. After spending more and more time together, he also comes to the conclusion that whatever feelings Sakura provokes in him, he wants to experience it more.

“I’ll be in your care, Sakura.” Togame let his name roll off his tongue, enjoying the sweet way it tasted as it lingered there. “And you’ll be in mine.”
Togame couldn’t help the warmth that festered in his chest. Cherry blossoms in full bloom, growing, taking hold of his heart that no longer felt like his own.
These feelings he held for Sakura were completely irrational, hopeless and pointless, the kind he’d probably look back on someday and laugh at. But perhaps, he rationalized to himself, if they made his whole world shine brighter, his heart light in his chest — it would be okay if he held onto these feelings for a little while longer.
OR/// The one where Togame falls first and harder, he doubts he has any real chance with someone as amazing as Sakura, but he'll be damned if he doesn't try his best anyway.
