Rufus had earned general respect in the Shinra Electric Power Company. Naturally so, he was the president. He was respected by all of the executives, all commanding officers and scientists, every single soldier including the General, and all of the Turks (though, let’s face it, Reno always had some issues with respect).
But. Rufus decided to hold corporate meetings every Wednesday afternoon, after work, and everyone even remotely important (which means about seventy people) have to attend.
The first meeting was deemed by many somewhat beneficial. The second was more or less the same. The third meeting had mostly negative reviews.
And now, at the fourth meeting, it is becoming clear that even respect has its limits.Series

Alternativní název: Nikdy nedovolte, aby se Reno nebo Zack nudili. A když už se nudit musí, tak nedovolte, aby se nudili spolu.
Rufus měl samozřejmě ve společnosti ShinRa jako ředitel všeobecný respekt. Respektovali ho všichni výkonní ředitelé, všichni velící důstojníci a vědečtí pracovníci, všichni Vojáci včetně samotného generála a všichni Turkové (i když, přiznejme si to, Reno měl s respektem vždycky trochu problémy).
Jenže Rufus poslední měsíc pořádá generální schůzi každou středu odpoledne, po práci, a všichni, kdo něco znamenají (čili většina výše zmíněných), se jí musí účastnit.
První schůze byla podle některých docela přínosná. Druhá schůze byla vlastně skoro o tom samém. Ohlasy na třetí schůzi už byly všeobecně převážně negativní.
Na schůzi čtvrté nyní jasně vychází najevo, že i ten respekt má své hranice.- Language:

Summary
Geralt leans his weight against Roach - he’ll be able to move faster in case of danger if he conserves his strength until the last possible second - and watches Jaskier settle by the stall door, pulling the hem of the jerkin over the dagger at his hip so that it's mostly concealed. Geralt doesn’t know how quickly he’ll be able to draw it if he needs it, and he’s never seen Jaskier handle any kind of fighting weapon before. This is a bad idea, fuck -
- but the guards are here. They’ve assumed the light was left by some stablehand, Geralt can hear them grumbling about it, and if there was enough time and space for another person to hide, he would have dragged Jaskier to it, no matter his protests. But there isn’t, and he can do nothing but watch as the stall door swings open, the guards stop snd blink, and Jaskier meets them with his most winning smile.
“Evening, gentlemen,” he says.
Jaskier frees himself and Geralt from captivity, and in the wake of their moonlit flight, Geralt begins to hope that his love for Jaskier may not be entirely one sided.
