So they decide to rewrite everthing from scratch. After all, who knows the universe and humanity better than the two beings who loved them the most?OR

Am I interrupting?
That was the first time he truly saw. The beautiful, golden eyes of someone who conceived life the same way he did. Progress was everything; legacy was all that mattered. There was no point in living if not for a purpose. Was it egotistical? Probably. Desperate? Certainly. And he could read them, the same convictions, right in that man’s anguish, in the subtle sigh that escaped from his lips just before he stepped into the abyss. Just before he stopped him.
Individually, they were destined to doom. But together, maybe…

"Crowley, niente dura per sempre..."
Queste erano le parole che il demone si portava dietro da quella che a lui pareva un'eternità - e che ai comuni mortali pareva un anno. L'Innominato, così ora NON si riferiva un certo angelo, era asceso Quel giorno e non si era più fatto vedere.
Non che gli importasse, ovviamente. Crowley era rimasto del tutto imperturbato.
Aveva solo mandato tutti al diavolo, o all'angelo, in base alle non preferenze, e aveva cambiato stato; il nord Italia, con tutto quel vino e quella gente blasfema, era diventato il suo posto preferito.
E il demone Crowley ci stava pure abbastanza bene, nella sua villetta in mezzo ai vigneti, se non fosse stato per l'apparizione di quel maledetto libro che tanto gli ricordava un passato non troppo lontano: "Le Discrete e Aspecifiche Profezie di Sibilla Cumina, Strega Amatoriale".
