Jason Todd was having a terrible day.
First, he got arrested by the Justice League.
Second, it was Hal, Oliver, and Barry who arrested him. Not someone cool, like Wonder Woman.
Third, by some terrible turn of events, his siblings decided that breaking him out of the watchtower while Bruce was off-world was the right thing to do.
Now they were all arrested and sitting around waiting for Dad to come back.
