Natasha has spent her whole life running from her past but she can't run anymore.
During the fallout of the accords, Natasha discovers dreykov is still alive and that the Red Room still exists. She hides this from the Avengers - the chaos of the accords making it easy to keep the secret. After all, that is what she does best - keep secrets. After the battle at the airport, Fury is overseas, and a new director steps in. He sends Natasha back to the red room....alone. As all of Natasha's worst nightmares are brought to life - The Avengers are split up and have no idea the danger she is in...until Clint finds out about the Red Room mission, that she's been missing for weeks, and didn't arrive at the evac point. Can the Avengers find her before it's too late? And if they do, will anything be the same again?

"Bellamy," she says, she can barely get it out.
But he hears her, because he turns around with a warm smile. He's happy to see me, Clarke thinks. Then she watches his expression shift into something resembling panic as she begins to fall.
He lunges for her, but he can't make it in time. Clarke hits the ground, but she doesn't even feel the impact. Bellamy is over her in a second, asking if she hit her head, holding up fingers. I didn't hit my head, she wants to say, and that's not how you check for a concussion, but there's no time.
All she can make out, as she feels Bellamy's arms around her, pulling up is, "Don't take me to medbay. Don't let anyone see."
"Clarke…" he says, and she knows he wants to fight her on this, but there isn't any time to fight.
"Promise me!" she says. "Promise!" and then she's out before she can hear the answer.
or, a post s2 canon-divergent AU in which clarke after returning to camp (of her own volition), realizes someone is poisoning her and there's only one person she trusts enough to help her find out who.
