Summary
Hands caught her lower back, just barely keeping her on her feet. “Forgive me ser, I did not see–” only to look up into the deep blue eyes of an elf.
“There is nothing to forgive,” he said, his voice was a gentle creek in the thunderstorm of her heart. He took a step back and she immediately missed his warmth. “My lady, I am Legolas of the Woodland Realm,” he pressed his hand to his chest with a slight bow, “it is a pleasure to meet you.”
“Oh, yes. Thank you,” she gave her name with a slight curtsy, “but I am not a lady, I’m just a rider. And leaving.” She shifted on her toes, “my aid was not wanted here, and I shall not tarry here when I am at least allowed to protect my people back at home.” She moved to grab her saddle, but Legolas was faster, his hands brushed hers as she reached for the saddle. “My lord?”
“Forgive me, I did not ask–” he cleared his throat gently, “may I help you?”
“I would like that,” her face warmed, “thank you,” she added quickly.
“It’s my pleasure.” She took a moment to watch him as she set the bridle on her horse, he murmured to her horse and set her saddle, his long blonde hair lay loose down his back...For how slight his frame, he’s quite strong. -

Summary
“You didn’t kill that sweet cleric, and your father wants blood.”
The words rang in Mor’s ears, they watched as Halsin tranced, his breath steady, and they imagined tearing into him, how his blood would feel on their hands, their teeth, their cunt–
Mor shuddered, yes the thought of Halsin’s blood made their own race, but they wouldn’t–couldn’t tear him apart as he slept. He should be given the right to put up a proper fight first.
With great difficulty, Mor dragged themselves from Halsin’s tent and went to Astarion’s bedroll, with their fists balled tightly around several hanks of rope, they kicked him gently, “Star, wake up.”
Astarion groaned and pushed their foot away, “I don’t care who you are–”
“Astarion please,” Mor’s voice shook, “I need your help.”
The vampire stirred and rolled to look at Mor, “there had better be an amazing reason,” he drawled, “for waking me at this ungodly hour,” then he met Mor’s eyes, “darling, are you feeling quite alright?”
Mor breathed a laugh, “I’ve been better.” They held the rope out in front of them, “but now I need you to tie me up like everyone’s life depends on it.”

“My heart,” he gently took the hand that had tangled itself in the threadbare blanket, “I did not mean to imply it was my pain I was speaking of.” His fingers moved across their knuckles slowly, “I saw… what your body has had to heal? Not just from today, my heart, I can see that plainly. Everything.” A feeling of sunlight dancing across their skin spread from where Halsin’s hand clasped their own, wrapping around their body, soothing recent pains and old aches. The magic slithered into joints and knit together torn muscle and shredded skin, “you cried out in your sleep.”

Summary
Iwaizumi Hajime had never cared much for appearances, despite his mothers best efforts, rest her soul. He could give a rip if he was wearing what was ‘in vogue’ or if he surrounded himself with ‘the best of the best.’ He’d earned plenty of sneers from other alphas, but it had never bothered him. When they tried to belittle him for his lack of a partner, or tried to bait him into a fight he made a point to never engage with them. They weren’t worth it. Their idea of what an ‘alpha’ was, wasn’t worth it.
However, if he was to inherit his uncle’s company, then he needed to show that he was a ‘family man’ and ‘ready to settle down’. It wouldn’t do to have a free-roaming, nasty bachelor as the head of the company. It made Iwaizumi’s head spin thinking about whatever all that meant, and he knew he couldn’t figure it out alone. So when the office was empty, he swallowed his pride and called the number on the card that had been collecting dust in the top drawer of his desk. -

Worst case scenario, Satoru would kill him the second he had him alone, but in a better case scenario… Well, Suguru was willing to find out.
He leaned back on the plush bedding, for a place run by monkeys it was serviceable. He looked up at the ceiling, a large mirror framed the bed and Suguru held back a chuckle. ‘At least they understand their clientele’, he thought with a smirk.
