Summary
After his parents turned his world upside down, Danny became stuck with Vlad attending college in Gotham City. He's given up heroism for good and is just trying to get through classes and keep peace in the Infinite Realms as he grows into his role as the Ghost King. However, the Observants have fought him every inch of the way in his reign even though the ghosts of the zone have accepted him with open arms. And while he can rely on Gotham's vigilantes to deal with crime without feeling too guilty, the Justice League have somehow began sticking their noses in the King's business, dragging him back into the world of heros and villains.
While Danny has already learned that some of the worst monsters are just plain humans, he is going to have to learn how to trust them again to save the realm from usurpers to his throne and other mortal threats. -

Almost against his will, he starts to watch him.
When Kim Dokja enters a room, Yoo Joonghyuk raises his head and his eyes follow him. He watches him during the day, when he sits and looks out the window, he watches him at noon, when he disappears somewhere during the break and comes back two or three minutes before the bells ring. He observes him at the end of the day, when he puts away his belongings with slow movements and leaves the establishment without taking the bus.
His clothes are often wrinkled. His hair is rather badly cut. His grades are okay. He always has dark circles under his eyes. He reads constantly. He spends a lot of time on his phone.
In high school, Yoo Joonghyuk somehow saves Kim Dokja's life.
