Draco can't stop shaking.
Which shouldn't be strange, seeing Draco is always shaking. There is always a part of him that trembles. His hands, most of the time. Sometimes his legs, some days even the corner of his mouth. Other days it's noticeable in his shoulders.
The overuse of the Cruciatus Curse does that to a person.
But he is never shaking like he is right now; body underneath Harry and vibrating so hard Harry is scared he'll tip right off the edge of the bed.
Or, Draco is left with permanent nerve damage and Harry learns to deal with the aftermath by loving Draco right through it

Summary
Severus Snape is unfit to be a teacher. No one would have thought that with his patience, or rather lack thereof, Severus would be a good father.
But that's what happened. He was the Potions professor at Hogwarts and guardian of two boys—Harry Potter and Dudley Dursley. That alone caused him far too many problems. He really didn't need another one.
He didn't need Sirius Black in his life.
