Summary
Stiles is just trying to prevent the next supernatural problem from killing his friends. Derek is just trying to keep his pack alive (and ignore the desperation that crawls under his skin whenever Stiles is near).
When Stiles goes into the preserve to investigate a string of murders, he and Derek are kidnapped by an unknown group and locked in a basement with no escape. Each night brings new suffering, and each day they have only each other.
The two will have to learn how to lean on one another to keep their sanity intact, and they’ll have to work together to escape.
Too bad they annoy the shit out of each other.

And Stiles knew he was wrong, because he was staring down at a picture of Alyssa Campbell, with her long dark hair, her almond-shaped eyes, her high cheekbones, and that one little beauty mark down by the right side of her lower lip.
He was staring at the same person he’d been dreaming about for days.
And that dream had started before he even knew anyone was missing.

Summary
Yet again I'm faced with a shocking lack of a story I crave so after only finding 3 fics dedicated to Eric Coulter (from the Divergent Series) I’m forced to write one myself.
We all know by this point that I have a weakness for giving villains a redemption so this should come as a surprise to no one.

In a world where divergence doesn't exist and the faction system actually does work, Tris and Four meet, fall in love and have a happy normal life in Dauntless together. But this story isn't about them. Erudite is still trying to overthrow Abnegation but in a much less violent and horrifying way which incidentally takes a little longer so Eric is not so thrilled to be leading yet another group of initiates through their training.
