All for One is Hisashi Midoriya. I've seen lots of fics where Izuku gets a version of AFO, but what if his quirk wasn't a copy of his father's like that. Consider instead: Quirk Blueprints. Izuku is able to see someone's quirk as a blueprint/diagram. He can see all the details and the upper and lower limits and drawbacks. He can also alter it. He can't change the fundamental nature of a quirk, but he can mess with the settings.
