The NYPD is not putting up with the Spiderman menace on the streets anymore. They put a call into the big leagues to put a stop to the vigilante plaguing their city.
What happens next? E.g. the Avengers and Spidey don't get along for a hot sec.I've always loved works where the cops/New Yorkers/suspicious Avengers interact (beat-up/kidnap oops) with Peter/Spiderman, lets see where this goes!

Summary
The Avengers need to find Spider-man and make him sign the Accords or capture him and throw him in the Raft in case he refuses. Meanwhile, they all meet Peter Parker in different ways.
Basically, Peter won't sign the accords and the Avengers chase Spider-man while also meeting him and trying to figure a way to make everything work out in the end.
it took me two days to write this stupid thing. i didn't really put any effort in it... have fun, i guess
