Some missing or re-mixed chapters that I wrote last year while Will We Last the Night was still a work in progress.
What was it like to find Sokka in the water? What if they did end up in the river after the fight with Azula?Might work on rewriting/editing them, my fanfic writing skills have definitely grown since then!
All credit goes to CHSfic for the incredible adventure (masterpiece) they created! Just adding some more angst & whumpage!
Figure you should read at least through Chapter 5 of Will We Last the Night for most of this to make sense.Will We Last the Night Context: "Chief Arnook never assigns Sokka to protect Princess Yue, so he goes to fight the Fire Nation with the other men. When the moon dies, and the ocean spirit takes its revenge, Sokka is caught standing on the deck of a Fire Nation ship. Sokka should have drowned… and he would have drowned, if not for a certain Fire Nation raft fleeing the North Pole."

Summary
Things were looking up for Knock Out. For months, he’s helped the Autobots rebuild Cybertron and locate refugees.
When the Autobots receive an odd distress signal, the Nemesis crashes. The last thing Knock Out expects is to wake up in Starscream’s hideout, wounded with a broken communicator.
Fleeing the Predacons, Starscream took refuge in an abandoned lab. The starving seeker hopes to use Knock Out as a bargaining chip for energon. However, his hostage can’t transform. Their survival relies on Starscream repairing Knock Out under instruction—assuming the medic ever lets him get close.
A larger threat awaits. Unicron lies defeated, but something else stirs beneath Cybertron’s revitalized surface.

Try as he might, however, he can’t tell where the Nothing starts and ends. His mind—its melded itself to the walls of this lonesome state of nonbeing, making it difficult to think, to wake up. At least, he thinks—no, he’s pretty certain this isn’t how things used to be. It wouldn’t be nagging at him so badly if so, he thinks.

Summary
Prowl finds himself just four metres from the altar at a shotgun wedding between Optimus Prime and Megatron as a result of four things.
One, the war is over. Two, Autobot and Decepticon badges do not exist anymore. Three, Optimus Prime mentioned he was the sire of Megatron's not-so-secret carriage. And Four, Prowl was asked to be his best mech, and couldn't say no because Jazz had looked sad when he tried to.
Which is to say, there are five reasons Prowl is at this wedding; the final being the fact he is in love with Jazz and has no slagging clue.
