Summary
Doflamingo wasn't expecting much when he has to stay on an island for a bit because of major storms. Instead of a nice relaxing time off like he was expecting he ends up with a baby to raise. One that's going to require a hell of a lot more responsibility and patience than he or his crew ever expected to have to deal with! He isn't really sure how he ended up with such a defiant hyper spaz of a brat, but he loves him anyways and can't stand even the thought of him ever leaving! Much to his annoyance someone's been filling his baby's head with stories about pirate kings and adventure. Now his Luffy was hell bent on becoming pirate king!
When Luffy finally does manage to run off he ends up making far larger a name for himself than Doflamingo ever wanted, catching the attention of handsome guys far and wide.
Not only does he have to keep Luffy from wandering off on him he needs to make sure his beloved Crocodile understands that they are just so right for each other! How can't he see that they were perfect for one another? Why was his beloved family always being so difficult? They acted like, him wanting their constant love and them to never leave him, was unreasonable or something! It was ridiculous!

Law's future was bright.
He had just graduated as a Doctor of Medicine and was itching to begin his second year of residency at Kororebi Hospital. He would become the world's best Cardiovascular Surgeon and surpass even his late parents. Nothing could get in the way of that.
That was until Law lost his arm.
While at his lowest, Law meets another embodiment of sunshine and smiles that wasn't his dad Cora-san. Shortly after meeting, that someone stood up for him and shifted his whole life view with few words: "Wouldn't it be more insensitive to assume he can't be a doctor because of his arm?"

Luffy was a free soul. He loved extreme sports, exploring, and helping others. After meeting Torao, Luffy knew the other needed saving, so he would save him! And with that goal in mind, he decided the super cool, robot-armed man would be a heart doctor!

Rei got up from the table, wandered to Kazuki, and buried his face in his other shoulder. He took a deep breath— laundry detergent, dinner, and Miri’s drool— and wrapped his arms around Kazuki’s waist.“Rei—? What—” Kazuki didn’t stiffen, but his voice seemed pleasantly surprised.
“...thanks.” For coming for me. Three years ago, tonight… tomorrow. For caring. Rei squeezed Kazuki tighter, as if the pressure against his ribcage would make him real (sometimes, Kazuki didn’t feel real— he was too caring, too loving, too good for someone like Rei).
“Anytime.” Kazuki leaned into the embrace, melting in Rei’s arms.
Oh. Rei blinked, the thought like a warm gust of wind. I love him.

There's a reason Timmy was able to keep his godparents and -brother for so long. Because even now, being older, out of elementary school and without the need of a babysitter, he still attracted trouble like a magnet. Whether it was the consequences of his own doings or just the mishaps of life reminding him he was still, in fact, not understood. And with growing up come more responsibilities and challenges, which he did not sign up for.
At least he’s not alone – although he wished he could unite with his friends without causing a chain of unfortunate events for once. After all, he was always his own worst enemy and obstacle.

Instead she's pledged herself to a boy that laughs like sunshine and makes Law smile when nothing else does. To top it all off, he has to pretend like he's the one engaged to the idiot instead of her. Which wouldn't be a problem if he hadn't started falling in love with the fool too.
