To curb the rampant hostility in alpha prisons, Yorknew City has implemented an experimental Omega Therapy Program. After a risk assessment, alpha inmates are paired up with omega volunteers for visitation periods. For the alphas, the program is intended to provide a sense of normalcy, comfort, and serve as an incentive for them to be well-behaved.
For Kurapika, it's an opportunity to get close to Tserracnich so he can finally put that monster down for good. If he can get assigned as Tserracnich's therapy omega, that is.

Watching Yuuji’s oldest brother pass through the entryway feels like watching a guillotine walk into the room. Something deep-rooted in Megumi knows not to let Sukuna near his neck.
At the start of his second year in high school, Megumi gets cut off from the medication that let him pretend he hadn't prematurely presented as an omega four years earlier. Toji's overreaction puts him on a collision course with a guy he hoped he'd never see again, and when Megumi exchanges his Friday afternoons for his friends' peace of mind, he winds up with the most insufferable alpha he knows for a self-defense coach.
