Adored this, though am a bit disappointed by the ending… the fight scene went a bit differently than I think would’ve played out, but I completely understand the reason for the direction chosen.
Oh, and not too fond of the ending including Castiel in the way it did. Feels more like an attempt to throw in a popular character in a way that’s cute, but also isn’t coherent with the canon lore.
But those are my only nitpicks, I’m utterly besotted with the rest.

Summary
When the Outbreak hit, Harry Potter was not anywhere he should have been.
Stranded in America, Harry must fight his way to survive and find a cure for the muggle plague that is somehow bringing the dead back to life. But with the power set to go out at the CDC and no cure in sight, Harry turns his focus to finding survivors and protecting those he can until Hermione and Dr. Jenner can find a way to end this thing. He runs into a group of survivors stranded on a roof in Atlanta and from there everything slowly starts to change.
What is one lone wizard supposed to do when surrounded by strangers at the end of the world? Will Harry be able to save these people and get back home to those he calls family? And Why is it that the longer he stays with these American Muggles the more a part of him want's to stay?

Summary
After Prom, as Bella chooses to stay with Edward inspite of the warning sent through Jacob, Billy Black grows increasingly concerned, writes a letter to a wizard he met once in the '70s—a bloke named Sirius Black with a motorcycle, a bad attitude, and a theory about ancient family magic. He wasn't sure he would even get a reply. Especially not from a magical, immortal, emotionally unavailable godson.
When the letter meant for Sirius ends up at the dusty doorstep of Grimmauld Place, Harry—traumatized, retired, and very much done with wizard drama—decides to answer . He heads to Forks, Washington to do a favour for Sirius's long lost relative: keep an eye on some girl dating a vampire.
What he doesn’t expect is for one dangerously intense vampire named Jasper Hale to takes one look at Harry and short-circuit.
Congrats, Harry. You’ve just been mate-bonded to a vampire. Damn his Potter luck.
