Caine, at the height of his power, his divinity, his strength, his domination... Had nothing. He tried so desperately, doing everything he could and... and failed. And so he died, all alone and afraid. Terrified that he had hurt the people he loved and sought to be loved by. His story at an end...
Or so many believed.
Appearing back where it had all began, Caine remained trapped for a thousand years in that box. The prison that confined Caine becoming the crucible for where the crushing weight of guilt was chained to his person. He escaped eventually, the box the circus the office, and came to a changed world, a journey ahead of him.
And maybe, just maybe, he'll discover something deeper than mere friendship...
