Kinkajou was no longer the clumsy, bright yellow dragonet that was much too loud for indoors and got way up in other dragons’ personal space and couldn’t ever seem to sit still for longer than two seconds. She was still bright yellow and pink, yes, and she was still loud, and she was still much too touchy-feely for comfort, and she still bounced around like there were ants crawling under her scales, but there was something more graceful about the way she moved around, something more attractive about the way she smiled, and the way she talked, her voice smooth now instead of high pitched and squeaky with adolescence.
