This statement rings true as the Imperium of Man slowly dwindles, and its enemies untold and innumerable close-in on the decaying empire. Progress and technology have stagnated, and innovation outlawed under punishment of death.
The Omnissiah cannot stand for such ignorant actions anymore, and sends a shard of himself to find another world, one that would welcome the forward march of science and creativity.
