Belle has been trying her best to avoid Sans and Papyrus since they've been chasing her down for the past 5 years. She's been doing pretty well at that since she lives all the way in the forest and whenever she has to go into town, she has a specific way of getting there to avoid Papyrus's station.
It seems today was not her day. She's out of food, gets caught by Sans, and now there's this...pale(?) beam of light. Could today get any worse?!

Papyrus is in absolute worry. After a peaceful integration into the human society... things were looking up for the brothers. Papyrus began to find his calling in tech and software while Sans was still the prestigious Captain of the Royal Guard. Until the Queen dismisses the royal guard... forever... as she is no longer needed in this society. Sans owes everything to his accomplishments in the royal guard... including the protection he desperately needed for his brother. As far as Sans knows... he's been stripped of not only everything he knows but himself as well. Spiraling into a depression that Papyrus can't seem to help him pull out of. Now that Papyrus has his own work schedule it is hard to care for his brother while he is like this and any service or help he has hired... Sans has run off just by that wicked mean wit of his. Papyrus needs someone to keep tabs and clean the mess Sans refuses to even touch. Enter Reader with no work experience and a high school dropout just to help her siblings to answer a desperate craigs list ad... It's practically a dream come true... for her siblings... it's a nightmare for her as she keeps tabs with someone that is so emotionally distant and mean that it reminds them of her mother.
