Jensen is an Omega in a town that takes part in an age old tradition, basically every year an unmated Omega is picked at random, this Omega is then chained up on a breeding bench in the center of town, where they are then fucked by every Alpha who wants to. The Omega isn't released until they are knotted by one of the Alphas, meaning that said Alpha is their true mate.
