The cold wind came again. Against his ears, in this state, it almost sounded like laughter. Leaves rustling. It almost felt like a cold hand was pushing underneath his night-dress. It almost felt like there were claws laying on his skin, scraping where his flesh had prickled.
The wind gave a shift, and suddenly a spike of scent hammered into Ciel's skull. Nostrils flaring, he tensed with fright and forced his exhausted eyes to open again. Above him, a pair of red eyes examined him, and everything he had felt pulled itself from a realm of dream to reality. He stared, open-mouthed, as a handsome face realized itself from the shadows, framed on the side by moonlight. Dark hair fell, blowing some strands up, and a mouth was smirking with sharply defined canines.
Ciel did not recognize this face or this smell.
"Little lamb, little lamb," his voice, deep and melodic, crooned. "What are you doing out in the woods at night? Don't you know that there are those who would eat you alive?"

A shifting of the shadows in Ciel’s dressing room, and the demon appears behind him in the mirror, head bowed. “Yes, my lord?”
“What do you make of me?”
The demon tips his head up to look at Ciel in the reflection. His eyebrows draw inward. “My lord, I’m afraid I don’t know what you are asking of me.”
Ciel hums and turns to the side. When Sebastian straightens, the top of Ciel’s head is level with the man's shoulder, where it used to stop mid-chest. It makes Ciel’s stomach churn in uncertainty.
“I’m growing,” He says at last. Neutral. Let the demon make of that what he will.
