A long-running joke finally coming to fruition: my obsessive devotion to the Animorphs Timeline requires a gap of about three months between the final two chapters of book 45, when Marco is "dead" and splitting his time between the King residence and the Hork-Bajir Valley. Set in the spring and early summer of 2000, these are the last of the (relatively) light-hearted missions before the formal transition to the endgame.
