Summary
A year after the time travel incident, Loren is hosting a Halloween party that she doesn't care about, for friends she doesn't have.
Technically set during The Andalite Chronicles, during the part Elfangor glosses over.
I've envisioned this scene for years as a comic... but I can't draw. So I wrote a micro-fic instead.

Summary
It's not all space battles and grand strategy; any aspiring conquering force needs to get their day-their-day logistics right. Case in point: the Yeerk Pool has what amounts to a mall food court in it, and I wanted to explore how that works.
I am not that big of a Billy Joel fan.

Summary
Marco is dragged from his warm bed late Christmas Eve night and given terrible news: the Yeerks have captured Santa Claus. Now it's up to the Animorphs to rescue the very concept of Christmas itself. The Chee know exactly what's going on and are of no help whatsoever.
This premise is taken far more seriously than it sounds.

Summary
Jake was probably just a little too young to care about the heyday of Grunge music in early 90's... but Tom was the exact right age and demographic. And young Jake really looks up to Tom.
Inspired by one of the many Reddit/FB threads that ask about what kinds of music each Animorph would be into.
This piece is experimental for me. For better or worse, my other fics all unfold basically in real-time, with as much of the action as possible being expressed through dialog rather than narration. This piece worked out as the total opposite: it spans several years, consisting of imperfectly remembered vignettes, with relatively little dialog.

Summary
In The Message (book 4), Marco cannot swim. It's a minor plot point. By The Escape (book 15), Marco can swim just fine. Also, the school apparently has its own pool.
Our task is clear: we must use the tools at our disposal to rectify this grievous oversight, and teach Marco how to swim. Shenanigans ensue.

Summary
When Rolling Stone magazine announced they'd be running an exclusive long form interview with the reclusive Cassie for the ten year anniversary of the Yeerk defeat, their competitors were furious. Then, Marco reached out to, of all publications, Vanity Fair. The other 4 surviving Animorphs aren't keen on letting Cassie have the last word. Sure, they don't want to talk about exactly what happened in the Kelbrid Sector, but they've got plenty else to say...
The article was never printed.
Edit January 2025: Every year that goes by and the Cassie interview isn't released, this gets more hilarious!

Summary
The Andalite Bandits never stood a chance. They were unceremoniously strafed into oblivion a few months after their arrival. Lucky for humanity, a freak accident aboard the Pool Ship accomplished what the Andalites could not: a rapid—and very public—failure of the Yeerk invasion. World governments learned much when the Earth-bound, starving Yeerk stragglers began defecting en masse.
One year later, two teenagers are apprehended trespassing at the now-infamous Construction Site. They are thrown in the back of an unmarked van and taken to a heavily-defended military installation, somewhere out in the Dry Lands, for questioning.
<Also, it's a stage play.>
[This story originally appeared on Offprint.net as part of an Animorphs AU event. I changed about 3 words; the entries are otherwise identical.]

Summary
The Council of Thirteen has a certain reputation: merciless; ruthless; nigh-omnipotent. Don't believe the hype.
They have a burgeoning space-faring civilization to administer and multiple war fronts to maintain. More than anything, they need results. And lately, their biggest hindrance is their most mercurial and self-aggrandizing Visser. They need a fix. Preferably while keeping their hands (palps, claws, etc) clean...
As a bonus, we get a sneak peak at how, exactly, Visser 3 manages to acquire some of his more interesting morphs.
