He never considered what people may remember him for.
Growing up on a small island with nothing but ocean as far as the eye can see, he never considered the fact that his life could be special. That it would be any different than his family’s, than his friends, than the people he’s been around his entire life.
No, he never thought he would leave anything world-shattering behind. Didn’t expect to bring about change at all.
Definitely never considered the simple fact that he would be anything at all like the hero that has inspired his people.OR; a short piece about Legacy— Wind's relationship with it and what his may be.

Summary
Upon arriving to the Captain’s Hyrule, the chain was immediately accosted by the castle staff who, apparently, were just gearing up to celebrate the two-year anniversary of the conclusion to the War of Eras!
This is, naturally a bit too much for the Traveler; food being present in a quantity that easily dwarfs his own time's harvests in general, the amount of people being far more than he would experience even if his whole country gathered together in one place.
Luckily, he is anything but alone and the Rancher decides to talk to him a bit.

A blank page sits before him, mind empty of things to add to it despite all that’s happened.
It’s been a while since he’s even thought about writing back home – it’s been a while since he’s been home in the first place thinking about it.
Still, the parchment paper before him taunts him in the same way it always has since he's left Ordon... how would he even approach writing a letter to his loved ones?OR; After the brush with death he's had, Twilight is faced with the realization he needs to write home lest he holds onto the regret of not talking to his loved ones. He does not know how to even begin writing... it's a good thing Warriors is around to give him a nudge in the right direction!
