Summary
Jimin followed the puppy without hesitation. "My sweet baby boy," he cooed in the fondest of voices, "what are you doing over there?"
He saw some movement and heard the rustling of leaves.
A head poked out from behind the bush, and unless Yeontan had transformed into a tall, handsome human, the man staring at Jimin in wide-eyed confusion was most definitely not Yeontan.
"Oh, uh," Not Yeontan said, tentatively, "I'm just...watering my bonsais...?"
In the silence that followed, Jimin vividly pictured himself getting into his car(if he owned one)and driving off into the ocean.
(Or; Jimin hoped to get along with his next door neighbor after moving into a new house. He doesn't make a good first impression, but somehow they make it work.)

"Sometimes I ask the street food vendor lady how her day's going," Jungkook muttered, twiddling his thumbs.
Namjoon breathed out a laugh. "Alright, we can work on that during your training period."
Jungkook tilted his head to one side. "I have to train to become a host?"
"Of course you do, sweetie," Jimin cooed, wrapping an arm around his shoulders. "Do you even know what being a host is like?"
"Yes?" Wasn't it like in Ouran High Schol Host Club?
"It doesn't work like in Ouran High School Host Club," Jimin clarified gently, picking up on Jungkook's anime nerd vibes.
Jungkook's shoulders slumped in disappointment.
(Or; Shy, introverted Jungkook is a broke college student struggling to make ends meet. Desperate for money, he starts working at the Magic Shop, a prestigious host club/cabaret where he meets six boys who become his home.)
