Summary
Kambe and Katou get into a predicament. Specifically, they get stuck together. In a closet, unironically. Tension ensues, with the little space being gaping, their lips apart by a centimeter. As they free themselves from the confinement, Haru has a little flash from his past, but he comes back to the present though, this time, in the arms of Kambe, not alone. He is not alone anymore.
Headcannon: Haru's ASV suit thing, as seen in last episode needs an activation.
While cramped close, very close in captivity Daisuke activates it.

Immediately rushing him to a hospital, they both talk upon Haru waking up regarding his terrible lifestyle and bad decisions. Sliiiight angst and banter ensues.

It had happened again. With the minimum strength they had left, against fighting angels and humans alike, they stood and screamed. Who had truly destroyed the earth? Was it them? No, it must have been those humans who as well as self-destructed at the face of the strategies they laid down. They did not have to give in much effort, after all; hatred was real, vicious. Unlike love, non-existent and a delusion.
They thought and knew, love didn’t exist, it wasn’t real. Thousands of people they encountered were trapped in a bubble of delusion-one that burst when they took up their sword to plunge- to annihilate. To destroy was innate, that was humane, animalistic.
Or in which, Ryo sheds tears, finally when they reflect on their actions. But it's too late.

But alas, at the time of the event, Daisuke does not feel fortunate at all.
(Or; a wave of suicides threatens to overtake Tokyo. Daisuke and Haru decide to look into it, getting neck-deep into trouble.)
