Summary
The mating run was an event Shane dreaded every year, and when he’s finally forced to participate he decides to simply find somewhere to ride it out, alone. What he doesn’t bank on however, is Ilya Rozanov. And this year the alpha is determined to finally claim what is his.
After so long being the hunter, Shane is now the hunted - he just doesn’t quite know it yet.

Summary
Shane and Ilya have done everything right, with years of waiting, planning, and hoping. After too many almosts and not-quites, they go to one more adoption event with no expectations.
But one quiet conversation—and one perfect baby—turn “maybe” into something a lot more dangerous: hope.
And hope, it turns out, has a way of asking for more than they expected.
(AKA: hurt/comfort, so much yearning, accidental family, angst with a payoff, and yes—a hard-won happy ending)

Summary
Shane's life comes to be defined by 'Before the 2008 Prospect Cup' and 'After'.
Before he met his rival, his only equal in the sport he built himself around, Ilya Rozanov; and after his parents told Shane that he was going to become an older brother for the first time at the age of seventeen.
***
Yuna and David have an unexpected late-life baby right as Shane's professional hockey career is both taking off and put at risk by his attraction to not only another man but his only real rival (in hockey, at least).

Summary
There is something from an Ottawa Centaurs email, titled 'conversation.'
For a moment, he strongly considers deleting it. Shane no longer owes a single part of the MLH a damn thing, nor does he expect anything from it. His exit from the league is -- well. People aren't motivated to bring it up.
The sender is listed as Wiebe, B.
Shane clicks on the message.
Ten years ago Shane lost everything but Ilya. He has to decide what, if anything, he wants back.

Summary
“What is this? Hollander does not have his own team?” He directs the question at Pike, and is surprised by the fury and guilt on his face.
“You can’t tell anyone, but…” Pike looks like he’d rather eat glass than admit whatever he’s about to say, but an angry grumble from Hollander seems to snap his priorities into place. “The team’s never been great about Shane being an omega. Even if one of them was willing to help, I wouldn’t trust them with him.”
Hollander whimpers, eyes meeting Ilya’s as his head rolls forward.
“Rozanov,” Hollander whines.
“And then there’s that,” Marleau says.
Or; The day after leaving Ilya heartbroken on his couch, Shane goes into heat unexpectedly after a game against Boston. Ilya’s not equipped to handle Shane on his own, but fortunately for both of them, the Raiders are more than willing to lend a hand—or a mouth—to help their captain out.
