Atsushi no sabe qué es lo que siente por Dazai, y sus sentimientos se están convirtiendo en una tortura para él. Sabe perfectamente que el castaño no está interesado en los hombres, e incluso si lo estuviera él nunca llegaría a ser siquiera una opción.
En medio del caos de sus emociones, ambos son asignados a un caso de una niña con la habilidad de atrapar a las personas dentro de un mundo ilusorio con sólo escuchar su voz. Trabajar en ese caso hace que Atsushi reviva una y otra vez lo que vivió en el orfanato, además de enfrentarse a una lucha constante contra sus miedos e inseguridades.

Silence settled between them, the kind that was only allowed to simmer because Beomgyu was gearing up for another question, one that he was hesitating on asking. He had a lot of those questions tonight, ones that he felt he shouldn’t ask.
"Then, do you think you'd keep it if it weren't for the group?"
Beomgyu asked it anyway.
For the longest time, Yeonjun had been harbouring two dreams: to become an idol, and to find his soulmate, to finally be able to see his red string, and fall in love. Against all odds, in a hotel room in New York, both of his dreams come true at once.

The question caught Atsushi off guard. He was too surprised not to quirk his brow and look back at him in curiosity.
“He fucks other people.” Dazai said simply.
Atsushi blinked, unsure of what he was supposed to say to that.
“Uh…good for him?” he paused, reconsidering, uncertain of what Dazai actually wanted out of his reaction, “I mean…sorry?”
Dazai continued, undeterred.
“So do you know what I do to make myself feel better?”
Atsushi looked to him expectantly.
“I fuck other people too, to get back at him.”
