Summary
After several years on the road, Basile and Ciaran have fallen into a comfortable rhythm: Basile remains invisible at all times to act as Ciaran's imaginary friend, while Ciaran leans into being an orphan to gain sympathy of strangers. It's been a relatively fool-proof plan and they have almost made it to Dwarvenshire. However, they've found themselves traveling with a rag-tag group of "adventurers" during the final leg of the trip. Ciaran is thrilled to have new friends, but Basile isn't as eager.
When the group learn about a mysterious dungeon inside a mountain called Goblin Peak, they decide to take on the challenge of clearing out the monsters inside. In desperate need for gold, Basile allows Ciaran to tag along; but how long will they be able to keep up their act when the others start suspecting something isn't quite right about Ciaran or his imaginary friend?

Summary
A collection of short stories about my D&D characters Basile and Ciaran. The Neebs and Associates campaign was a 3.5 Edition and lasted about 4 years. Our characters were able to make it into epic levels, capping out at level 30. This is a passion project to re-live one of my favorite campaigns.

Summary
“One night. That’s all you’ll get,” Chuuya breathes, wiping the smudged lipstick off Dazai’s parted lips with his thumb. Dazai feels the wall pressed against his shoulder blades, the intensity of Chuuya’s eyes, and his own heart beating so hard it stumbles, and he can’t get even a word out. With a weak nod, like the fool he is, he agrees.
But how could Dazai ever get enough of him, how could he possibly come so close to the sun and not want to fly higher, even if it burns him? Even if Chuuya is high in the sky, an unreachable star? How could one night ever be enough?
