“Double bass,” Vox murmured into Alastor's ear, static darting over his waist where blue claws gripped him tight. Vox's signal was warm, soothing – but filled with a certain restless energy, his good mood buzzing against Alastor's skin.
Alastor nodded, prepared for the strum of strings when they joined the melody of the band as his steps followed Vox's. He was content to let the other man take the lead – for now. Particularly given the fact that Vox was keeping an eye on things for them, smoothing out Alastor's nerves before they even properly managed to twist themselves into a panic.

Months after the events that saw Alastor's deal broken, Lilith brought low and his freedom secured, Alastor still has some things to deal with. It was bad enough when he couldn't stand to walk into an elevator - but to be afraid of live music? Something must be done.
Luckily, his clever Picture Box has been thinking up a solution.

Summary
Did Alastor finally see? Did he finally respect him as an equal? Things can be different this time. He should stop hiding away like a coward and finally face the root of all of his problems, his ambitions, his everything.
Vox leaned forward, grabbing the note off the desk to read it one more time.
'Let's talk, old pal.'
Vox glanced up at his monitors. A few of them had Alastor's glitchy silhouette burned into the pixels. One of the monitors shows the distant outline of the Hazbin Hotel sitting at the end of the city.
'You know where to find me.'
Vox clutched the note and shoved it into his pocket, sending off an internal text message to his assistant to bring a car to the front of V Tower as he stormed out of his office.
“Let's try this again.”

”You’d call everything off right now, just for this?”
Just for this, he says. As though it’s trivial. As though it isn’t everything that Vox has dreamt of every night for the past several decades. As though the rejection doesn’t sting just as sharply every time he wakes up and reaches to the other side of a cold bed, hands searching for a lover that will never be there, and hears callous laughter echoing in the back of his skull.
Vox sucks in a shaky breath, closing his eyes. He tilts his face downward, unable to look at Alastor when he admits it. He almost can’t bring himself to, sure that Alastor is already certain of the answer.
”Yes,” he whispers.
”You can’t be serious,” Alastor says quietly.

AKA I wanna write about pregnant Alastor and also RadioStatic family dynamics. I'll also take the shameless opportunity to write Trans Male Alastor, and how that has contributed to his character. This story will include mating cycles, not really A/B/O, though. It will also include shameless simp behavior, and cheesy flirting.This story might also be a bit graphic (blood, gore, violence, and the like).
