Summary
The Dursleys were supposed to love him, to watch over him, because his mum and dad, who had been magical cool fighters against evil, had died fighting what they believed in. They were supposed to read him to sleep, to hold him tight when he had nightmares of echoing laughter and screams. To kiss his fears away.
But they liked him to fear, they liked when he cried in his sleep. They liked when he flinched if they walked into the room with the right measure in their step that told him they weren’t in a good mood and they were going to make it his fault somehow.
Fenrir had told him people fearing as werewolves would steal away kids.
But maybe some kids needed to be stolen away? If the Dursleys were seen as respectable people, and got away with what they did, then maybe he didn’t like respectable people.
Maybe freaks like him were safer with monsters.

Summary
November 1st, 1981. All across magical Britain, witches and wizards celebrate the fall of the Dark Lord Voldemort. Muggle news report strange auroras and lights in the sky, ornithologists are invited to panels on the BBC evening news to discuss the strange behavior of the country’s owl population. An elated mood permeates through the wizarding world, but one wizard is not happy. One wizard whose plans have been foiled. He knows Tom will one day rise again, and little Harry Potter will have to vanquish him for good. Years of meticulous planning down the drain just because of one unforeseen little detail. James and Lily Potter were not meant to survive.
ON HIATUS FOR A WHILE, LIFE’S A BITCH RIGHT NOW AND I CAN’T AFFORD TO ESCAPE INTO WRITING ANYMORE FOR A WHILE UNTIL THINGS ARE PROPERLY SORTED OUT. Sorry to everyone but I can’t keep updates consistent at the expense of my wellbeing anymore, at least for a while. Will let you know when I’ll be back consistently and you might get the odd update now and then because self-sabotage is my thing 🥲

Summary
When Hazel was small, well smaller, she used to dream of being rescued from the Dursleys. Maybe a long lost relative or someone to tell her she was the next Queen of England. She had given up on that dream as the years passed.
Well, A few weeks before her thirteen birthday- Hazel’s wish came too.
She never thought it be by a giant black dog who may or not be a Grimm. She also didn't know what that dog would change everything she knew about the Wizarding World.
