So these flashes he'd been getting? Of all sorts of different scenery and eras and of Shouta? Well, if he couldn't have the real thing, Hizashi was more than happy to let his imagination run wild with whatever it wanted to come up with. And he really, really had thought it was his imagination.
There were a few times he'd even laugh and tell Shouta about the things his mind had come up with. “Once I imagined we were fishing together in this really murky pond!” or “Hey, I think you'd look so cool in Samurai armor – wha'do'ya think?” and even “Oh, oh, I had a dream the other day that I was a fancy noble and you were my bodyguard!”
Shouta always rolled his eyes and looked exasperated. Usually he scowled and told Hizashi to focus on the present, please and thank you. Hizashi laughed each time, but he enjoyed the day dreams too much. Shouta always looked at him so softly in them.
He never looked at him like that in real life.

Summary
The day after returning from Tartarus, Shota had hoped to shut himself indoors and avoid the world for as long as it would let him. However, it would appear that Nemuri had other plans for him as he receives receives call early in the morning asking if he had seen Yamada since their return. Unaware of his friend's whereabouts and whether or not he is alright, Shota begrudgingly makes his way over to his apartment to check on him. From the numerous empty bottles left all over the apartment to the actual state of the voice hero once he finds him, Shota gets way more than he bargained for and begins to think that Hizashi may not be as okay as he lets on.

And you need this practice by next week?” Hizashi’s eyes widened and turned to his friend.
“Oh my god, that’s a great idea! Why didn’t I think of that?”"
Or in other words, puberty hits like a mother and gifts Shouta with an ass and Hizashi with a big dick. Hizashi needs to practice kissing, humping, and more before he publically embarrasses himself. Shouta becomes his willing volunteer with major regret. Gay crisis ensues.
