Summary
Since Maya got kidnapped Phoenix had not slept, not eaten or did much of anything besides investigate the case day and night. Eventually that starts to catch up to him, however. One cannot just run on pure adrenaline for over 48 hours, after all.
Or: Phoenix starts spiraling the night before the final Engarde trial and gets a little sick.
