Summary
It's the day before the exciting day in which the three Alolan starter Pokémon will be presented before a new batch of aspiring trainers. Ben, Professor Kukui's new lab assistant, is anxious about what the future might hold for each of his little friends.
This was written by me in 2020 and added to ever so slightly in 2021-22 and it has never been posted anywhere until now. I'm in college now and I have moved on from the gateway drug of Pokémon to the much more abundant and addicting drug of Moe CGDCT Anime. And to be honest, lately I have transitioned from there to the truly hard stuff (Vtubers). But Pokémon will always have a special place in my heart (though I only got into it when I was 17 lol). I'm still really proud of this fic and I hope you enjoy it as well.
