Bakugou Katsuki, a Forensic psychiatrist. Known around Japan for his quirk and studies. graduated highest from his class and decided to dive straight into Law and Mental health fields.
He worked with lunatics and criminals that were brought in to see if they were mentally unstable enough to be in a asylum. but this case he was assigned to really has him in edge.
Dabi, or who is now known as 'Touya Todoroki'. He is a well known villain, charged with many cases of homicides, Immolations, Arson, Destruction of peace, following some other cases that were denied untrue.
Other psychiatrist tried to communicate with him but all have failed. it wasn't that touya wasn't communicating it was just that they couldn't stand to be in a room with a killer who's quirk is able to incinerate you within a minute. but that's only one... katsuki can only assume that all the other extras were just cowards who didn't deserve to take this case into their own hands.
who knows... maybe this case really did bring out something in him. even falling in love with him couldn't have been a mistake... could it?

It takes hell of work just to get Thor there - he imagines typical frost giant and just loses it, possibly yelling and trashing things - but when he meets Loki he is smitten and eager to marry him (and fuck him).
